Nika Haars is currently a mathematics teacher at MOTION Beweeg College, serving in this role since August 2023, while also completing an internship as a beginning mathematics teacher at MOTION in Zoetermeer. Nika has gained diverse experience in education, including roles as a chief exam trainer and homework tutor at Lyceo, and as a question developer for various mathematics levels at ExamenOverzicht. Nika has also held positions as a babysitter and a sales assistant at My Jewellery. Nika is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Teacher Education at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, aiming to graduate in 2026, following completion of various educational programs and internships.
