Les Welch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event planning, coaching, and personal training. Currently serving as the Lead Event Ambassador at Leupold + Stevens, Inc. since February 2018 and the Lead Event Specialist at SITKA Gear since February 2010, Les evaluates plans and processes to enhance company progress while supervising onsite event teams. As the Owner of Peak Performance MultiSport Coaching, Les holds multiple coaching certifications, including USA Triathlon Level 1 and USA Cycling Level 3. Additionally, Les works as a Certified Personal Trainer at the YMCA and owns On-Target Personal Protection Solutions, which offers firearms training and personal defense courses. Previously, Les was a Model Maker Engineering at National Presto Industries from April 2008 to August 2018.
