Ward Bass, CPA, currently serves as Controller at Sitio Royalties, a position held since June 2019, following a role as Assistant Controller. Prior to this, Ward Bass worked as Operations Accounting Manager at Resolute Energy Corporation for a brief period in 2018 before the company's acquisition by Cimarex Energy Co. From May 2014 to October 2018, Ward held various positions, including SEC Reporting Manager and SEC Reporting Accountant, at Antero Resources. Earlier in career, Ward Bass gained experience as a Senior Associate and Associate at KPMG from July 2010 to May 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Oklahoma State University.
