Mikayla Pacilio currently serves as the Director of Life Sciences at SiteRx since June 2024. Previously, Mikayla held the position of Director of Business Development at mendâ„¢ from June 2021 to August 2024, where the focus was on collaborating with leading hospitals and universities to develop clinical nutrition products aimed at improving patient outcomes. Prior to that role, Mikayla was a Medical Device Sales Representative at Smith & Nephew from January 2021 to June 2021, following a similar position at Integra LifeSciences from August 2019 to June 2021, specializing in extremity orthopedics and tissue technologies. Mikayla began their career as a Medical Device Sales Representative at Arthrex from February 2019 to August 2019. Mikayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Lafayette College, obtained in 2018.
