Jennifer Hartsfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer started their career as an Assistant Director of Nursing at Retama Manor North in 2010, where they managed a large team and collaborated with staff to enhance patient care. In 2012, Jennifer transitioned to become a Disaster Response Nurse at Angel Staffing, where they provided emergency healthcare in various settings and implemented life-saving interventions.

In 2020, Jennifer founded Help The Heroes, a non-profit organization that raised funds and purchased personal protective equipment for frontline workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jennifer led the startup of the organization, developed operational procedures, and cultivated industry relationships for business success.

Currently, Jennifer works at SiteRx as the Manager of Customer Success. Jennifer joined as one of the early members of the physician customer success department and played a key role in building the Physician Experience team.
