Angela Wozniak is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) design across various organizations. Currently serving as CX Design Principal at SiteMinder, Angela focuses on enhancing customer retention through cross-department collaboration and service design. Previous roles include Product Design Manager at SiteMinder, UX/UI Design Lead at IBM iX, and Head of UX at Dentsu, where Angela developed innovative design strategies and led teams on enterprise-level projects. Angela’s educational background includes an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design and Communication from Enmore Design Centre and a Certificate in Service Design Thinking from the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.
