Tanya (Tatjana) Boyko is an experienced operations leader and angel investor currently serving as Head of Operations at Siteline, a Series A startup focused on modernizing construction billing and payments. Tanya is also a member of the Operators Guild, an exclusive group of top finance and operations leaders, and provides advisory and investment support to startups in the B2B SaaS, proptech, climate tech, and fintech sectors. Previous roles include Principal at ArcTern Ventures, where Tanya partnered with early-stage planet-positive startups, Chief of Staff at Autzu, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, co-founder of ManaCrowd, Private Equity Analyst at Meridiam, and Environmental Engineer at Hatch Mott MacDonald. Tanya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BASc in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto.
