Cohan Banfield has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cohan is currently employed as the UI Design Lead at Sitback Solutions since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at News Corp Australia as the Head of Digital Experience and Senior Experience Designer from July 2019 to April 2022. Cohan also served as a Senior Digital Designer at Six Black Pens from January 2018 to July 2019. Cohan's earlier roles include working as a Designer/Finished Artist at Grey from June 2014 to June 2018 and as a Digital Designer and Digital AD at whiteGREY from June 2014 to December 2017. Cohan also has experience in the retail sector, having worked at Surf Dive n Ski as a Store Manager and Senior Retail Assistant from September 2008 to January 2014. Cohan has also worked as a Freelance Designer and Marketing Graphic Designer at Surf Dive & Ski in 2010 and as a Graphic Designer at SOAP Concepts from 2007 to 2008. In 2012, they were a Designer, Editor, and Co-Creator for RAW THE MOVIE at Zodiac Media Production House.

Cohan Banfield has a diverse education history, with a focus on design and user experience. They attended Academy Xi, where they studied User Experience. In 2015, Cohan also attended Award School for Art Direction and the Semi-Permanent Innovation Lab for Design Thinking. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Creative Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Wollongong in 2011. Additionally, Cohan has a certification in Graphic Design and Pre-Press from Ultimo TAFE NSW. They continued to expand their knowledge by studying AR/VR Mixed Reality at Academy Xi in 2017-2018.
