Ashutosh Senger is an Independent Advocate at the Supreme Court of India since August 2018, specializing in commercial, administrative, natural resources, criminal, legislative, and policy-related litigation. In addition, Ashutosh serves as a Junior Standing Counsel for the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, handling DRI/GST Intelligence cases before the Delhi High Court, and concurrently holds roles as Panel Advocate for the Delhi Government and the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited. Ashutosh is also retained as Legal Counsel by Athena Education, Hora.AI, and Sitare Foundation, and operates as a Criminal Law Panel Advocate for iProbono. Since May 2024, Ashutosh has served as a POSH Advisor and External Internal Committee Member for S & S BROKERAGE INC, focusing on compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act. Ashutosh’s educational background includes an LLB from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, among other qualifications in law and environmental management.
