Sibi Narayanan is an experienced R&D Manager at Sitaram Ayurveda Private Limited since October 2019, specializing in the development, design, and formulation of personal care products, food, and nutraceuticals. Sibi's expertise includes formulating innovative ingredients, conducting clinical studies, and overseeing quality control and research operations. Prior to this, Sibi served as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science, focusing on structure-based designs for Mycobacterium tuberculosis inhibitors, and held various R&D positions in other companies, honing skills in product development and project management. Sibi holds a Ph.D. in Crystallography and Biophysics from the University of Madras, complemented by a strong educational background in molecular biophysics and physics.
