Stephen Challis has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Their most recent role was as the Head of SITA's Smart Path biometric passenger processing business, where they oversaw the implementation of a comprehensive identity management solution for the air transport industry. Prior to this, they worked at Augmentiq UK as a Senior Consultant and at Raytheon UK in the same role. Stephen also served as the Head of Innovation at Heathrow and as the Head of Product Development at BAA plc, Marketing and Service Innovation. Stephen started their career at BAA plc, where they held multiple roles including Product Definition Manager in the Capital Projects & Supply Chain division and Group Design Manager in the Technical Services department.
Stephen Challis has completed an Advanced Development Programme in Business Management at the London Business School. Stephen also holds a MA(Hons) degree in Design Leadership & Marketing from the Royal College of Art. Additionally, Stephen has a BA(Hons) degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Teesside University.
