Ossama Kaiss has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ossama started their career at SEKEM in 2000 as an IT Specialist, where they played a crucial role in establishing a corporate LAN/WAN and supporting the existing network setup for remote affiliate companies.

In 2001, Ossama joined SITA and held various roles over the years. Ossama worked as an Operations Site Administrator, providing site administration and maintenance management for Airport Desktop Services systems and products. Ossama later became the Airport Operations Team Lead, responsible for building and leading a team to provide 2nd level support to multiple airports.

Ossama then moved up the ladder and became the Manager of Enterprise Operations, where they managed a 24/7 support team and oversaw the steady state operations of SITA's internal estate and airport operations. Ossama also served as a Lead System Integration Engineer, playing a key role in integrating airport services products and developing tools and scripts for product installation.

In their most recent role at SITA, Ossama served as a Senior Project Portfolio Manager, responsible for project management and delivery process improvement initiatives on a global scale. Ossama identified areas for improvement, implemented change initiatives, and guided cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and workflow automation.

Currently, Ossama is employed at SITA as a Project Portfolio Director, leading a 'best in class' project organization capable of efficiently deploying projects and programs across the organization. Ossama is responsible for the success and profitability of the portfolio, and they lead, inspires, motivates, and manages resources to ensure consistent adoption of best practices.

Throughout their career, Ossama has demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, system integration, and team leadership.

Ossama Kaiss completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Modern Academy Computer Science and Business from 1995 to 2000. Ossama also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Modern Academy Maadi during the same time period. In 2018, they obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they hold an ITIL certification, although the details of the institution and the year obtained are unknown.
