Madhusudhan Reddy Gogalla has extensive work experience in the field of cloud and infrastructure engineering. Madhusudhan Reddy worked at SITA from 2014 until the present, where they served as the Lead Cloud and Technical Architect/Engineer. In this role, they collaborated with application and operations teams to develop designs and operational standards, mentored team members, and had a deep understanding of Agile and scrum methodologies. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2014, they worked at Advanced Knowledge Tech LLC as a Senior System Engineer and System Engineer. In these roles, they administered operating systems, hardware, and databases, provided technical support, and performed software installations and troubleshooting on UNIX servers. Madhusudhan has also demonstrated expertise in managing infrastructure services, multi-vendor OS, middleware, and storage systems.

Madhusudhan Reddy Gogalla completed their B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from KTRMCE in the years 2001 to 2005. Madhusudhan Reddy later pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Stratford University from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in 2022, ITIL® V4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in 2019, and completion of training courses in Docker and Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies from Linux Academy in 2019 and 2020 respectively.
