Jessie R. is an experienced professional in the spa and beauty industry, currently serving as a Community Manager at Factor since May 2023. Previously, Jessie held the position of Spa Operations Manager at Spa Consulting, where responsibilities included remote and on-site management of multiple spa locations, development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, competitor analysis, and HR management tasks such as staff rostering and training. With a strong background in operations, Jessie also owned and successfully sold The Secret Retreat, a beauty salon established in 2009, and served as Day Spa Manager at Metro Day Spa. Jessie holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Business and a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy from Nature Care College.
