Kris Cuypers is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Sisu Group since June 2021, where the focus is on delivering comprehensive workforce solutions. Kris co-founded Strictly Human in March 2021, providing strategic advisory services aimed at aligning people with business objectives. Previous roles include HR Project Leader at seventy7, HR Director at Cheops Technology nv/sa and bpost, and HR Director at LolaLiza and MEDIALAAN, accumulating extensive expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee experience over the years. Kris started as Head of HR Business Partners at Belfius and held various HR roles there, with a foundational education in Organizational Development from KU Leuven and further studies at Vlerick Business School.
