Gurjot Sandhu is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Ambulatory Care at Catholic Health and Catholic Medical Partners, IPA, positions held since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Gurjot completed a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Catholic Health from July 2021 to June 2022 and a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at State University of New York Upstate Medical University from July 2020 to June 2021. Experience includes work as a Pharmacy Intern at Erie County Medical Center Corporation from June 2017 to July 2020 and as a Pharmacy Technician at Wegmans Food Markets from August 2015 to July 2017. Gurjot holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University at Buffalo (2016-2020) and completed a Pre-Pharmacy Early Assurance program at the University at Buffalo (2013-2016).
