Karin Wright Assoc CIPD is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and business partnership. Currently serving as HR Manager at SISTER since July 2022, Karin oversees HR functions during the maternity leave of the Head of HR in a modern media studio. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Flamingo and HR Manager at GREAT BOWERY (UK) LIMITED, where Karin managed HR operations across multiple brands and supported international teams. Additionally, at Financeplus (part of WPP), Karin initiated business partner meetings to enhance collaboration and revamped the employee engagement process.
