Richard Buckler has over three decades of experience in various roles, demonstrating strong leadership and technical skills. Currently serving as the New Mexico State Representative for Sister Cities International since July 2016, Richard has also contributed significantly to the Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union as a Senior Programmer/Analyst from July 2003 to July 2023, focusing on business application design and implementation. Richard led Trade Bytes Inc. as President from 1994 to 2008, operating a successful computer consulting business, and managed IBM systems and personal computers at Diagnostek, Inc. from 1990 to 1993. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in History from UCLA.
