Giselle Della Mea Camblong is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in regenerative design and circular economy. As the Founder and CEO of 3Vectores since January 2004, Giselle has led the first B-certified company in Uruguay, creating methodologies based on Design Thinking to foster sustainable economic practices. Additionally, Giselle co-founded Sistema B Uruguay, serving as the first President of the Board of Directors, promoting an ecosystem of businesses focused on positive social and environmental impact. With a robust academic background, Giselle teaches Design Thinking at Universidad ORT Uruguay and Circular Economy at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Other notable roles include Founding Curator of the Global Shapers Community in Montevideo, and various impactful projects with organizations like the Inter-American Development Bank and FAO related to climate change and circular economy initiatives. Giselle holds a Master in Business Design from Domus Academy and a Bachelor of Graphic Design from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
