Bernika Mardhiaswari Ryandini has experience working as a Recruitment Specialist in tech and non-tech areas at PT Sisindokom Lintasbuana, as well as in Human Resources Project Based role at Ivosights. Bernika also served as a Human Resources Intern, interviewing applicants, contacting references, and performing background checks. Bernika studied Human Resources Management at Perbanas Institute and completed a thesis on employee relationships, organizational culture, and communication. Additionally, Bernika participated in HoKi Training at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) & ISEI Jakarta.
