Kelley Johnson

Strategic Customer Success Manager at Sisense

Kelley Johnson has a diverse work experience in customer success and client service roles. They started their career as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at International Market Recruiters in March 2015 and later became a Client Service Associate. In this role, they were responsible for relationship management with financial institutions, producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Excel, and serving as a central point of contact between the Sales Director and external clients. In 2016, Kelley joined Evercore as a Client Service Associate. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Dataminr as a Customer Success Associate and later as a Black@Dataminr Lead, where they focused on promoting inclusion, equity, and diversity within the company. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager at Dataminr, before moving on to Workday in 2022 as another Customer Success Manager. They then joined Twilio in 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they worked until 2023. Currently, Kelley is working at Sisense as a Customer Success Manager.

Kelley Johnson attended The City College of New York from 2013 to 2016, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, Kelley studied Design and Management at Parsons School of Design - The New School. In addition, Kelley obtained a certification in Strategic and Conceptual Selling with Perspective from Miller Heiman Group in July 2019.
