Johan De Geyter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation management and leadership roles across various industries. As the owner of Minos BV since 2010, Johan specializes in innovation management for start-up and midsize organizations. Previously, Johan served as CEO of Iristick, focusing on industrial smart glasses, and led Zembro in developing IoT solutions for the elderly. Johan has also held significant positions as Director of Innovation at Across, Director of Design & Technology at IMEC, and Cargo IT Manager at Aviapartner. Education includes degrees in Business Management and Information Technology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, as well as military and aeronautical science from the Royal Military Academy, Belgium.
