Nageswara Rao Korlepara is the CEO and Managing Director at Sirma. Nageswara has over eight years of experience in the financial software industry. Nageswara has worked as a consultant for Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd and Sirma Business Consulting.

Rao has extensive experience in implementing financial software solutions across multiple projects. Nageswara was instrumental in preparing a product specification document for Bancassurance product and in developing a product enhancement roadmap for FLEXCUBE. Nageswara has also implemented FLEXCUBE at TECU, Trinidad across 4 branches.

Rao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, India.

Nageswara Rao Korlepara has a diploma in business finance from ICFAI and is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Nageswara has a B.Sc in MPC from D.N.R College and has completed their XII in physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics from Sainik School, Korukonda.
