Paul Sheridan has a diverse work experience in the fields of technology and research. Paul began their career as a Research Assistant at the Novel Materials Laboratory, Boston University, where they worked from January 2002 to August 2002. Paul then moved on to University College Dublin, where they held various roles including Post-Doctoral Researcher from November 2008 to December 2013, and Research Scientist from January 2014 to October 2015. In 2011, they joined NewLambda Technologies as the CTO, a role they held until October 2015. Currently, Paul is the Chief Technology Officer at SiriusXT, a position they have held since November 2015.
Paul Sheridan pursued their education in the field of physics. Paul began their academic journey in 1999 at Dublin City University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Applied Physics in 2003. Paul then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics with a focus on Novel Materials Development at University College Dublin, which they completed in 2005. Following their master's degree, they continued their studies at University College Dublin and obtained a Ph.D. in Physics with a specialization in Double Photo-Electron Spectroscopy in 2008.
