Pawel Wasilewski is an experienced consultant with a diverse background in software delivery, project management, and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Sullivan & Stanley since November 2023, Pawel previously held the role of Delivery Lead at Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions, where efforts were directed toward establishing a new software delivery team focused on personalisation. Pawel's experience includes working as a Technical Delivery Manager at Anglo American to enhance the Data Analytics department's machine learning platform and serving as a Scrum Master for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. during a significant eCommerce platform rebuild. Additional roles have included Scrum Master and Agile Coach positions at Specsavers and Kingfisher IT Services, as well as earlier experience in project management and software development at Tieto and Ordnance Survey. Pawel holds an MSc in Computer Science from the Technical University of Szczecin.
