Joy Massara serves as the Vice President of Benefits at SiriusXM since September 2013, overseeing health and welfare, retirement, equity, absence, and PTO programs. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Senior Manager of Benefits at Total Wine & More from June 2009 to September 2013, and Senior Manager of Benefits & HRIS at Convera from August 2007 to June 2009. Joy's career in human resources began at Healthy Directions / Phillips International, Inc., where the position held was HR/Benefits Manager from September 1997 to July 2007, along with a brief tenure as a Human Resource Generalist at HCR ManorCare. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from George Mason University.
