Jenene Rearden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vendor management and project oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Vendor Manager at SiriusXM since June 2011, Jenene is responsible for meeting key performance indicators related to sales, quality, and customer satisfaction while managing vendor contract commitments. Prior to this role, Jenene was involved at AOL from May 2001 to December 2006, where responsibilities included serving as a Subject Matter Expert for AOL Premium Services, managing customer support product implementations, and overseeing vendor and call center operations. Jenene holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.
