Kim Burgess is an experienced Senior Business Analyst at Sirius XM Canada Inc., serving since June 2014. Previously, Kim held roles as a Business Systems Analyst and QA Manager at Bell Canada from September 2004 to October 2013, where responsibilities included systems analysis for web applications and mainframe systems, as well as test management for consumer web products. Prior experience includes a position as a Technical Assistant and QA Analyst at Bank of Montreal from September 2003 to September 2004, and as an Administrative Assistant at Torys LLP from February 2000 to February 2002, supporting the CIO and various IT functions. Kim holds a Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from Schulich School of Business - York University and an Applied IT Diploma in Information Technology from the Institute of Information Technology, along with a pre-university qualification from Brescia University College.
