Ian Gordon has a strong background in customer acquisition and retention, as well as analytic solutions. Ian held the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Acquisition and Retention at Sirius XM Canada Inc. from September 2013. Prior to that, they worked at LoyaltyOne as Vice President, Analytic Solutions from February 2013 to August 2013, and as Associate Vice President, Analytic Solutions from January 2011 to January 2013. Ian also served as Director, Customer Loyalty & Retention at TELUS from 2004 to September 2010. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Director at Forzani Group from June 2002 to November 2004, and Principal at J.C. Williams Group from November 1994 to August 2000.
Ian Gordon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Queen's University, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. Ian then pursued a Law degree, obtaining an LLB from The University of British Columbia from 1991 to 1994. Later, Ian pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dartmouth College, which they completed from 2000 to 2002.
