Lloyd Holder serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at SiriusPoint since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Information Security program and managing the Global IT Security team to mitigate security risks. Prior to this role, Lloyd was the Vice President of Information Systems at both SiriusPoint and Third Point Re, overseeing systems architecture and infrastructure that support core business functions. Lloyd's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of IT Services at Bermuda Hospitals Board, where digital transformation initiatives were spearheaded, and as IT Security/Compliance Director, managing IT operations and security efforts. Lloyd's career began at RenaissanceRe Services Ltd as Director of Security, establishing a formalized information security framework. Academic credentials include a Master's degree from The London School of Economics, a Bachelor's degree from Oakwood University, and an Associate degree from Bermuda College, along with executive education at Harvard Business School.
