Seva Martynov is an experienced executive with a strong background in technology and operations management. Currently serving as Founder and CTO/COO at Sirius since May 2022, Martynov previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at LUIS+, where responsibilities included implementing technical systems for data-driven management. As COO at SberCloud, the largest Eastern European cloud platform, Martynov focused on scaling cloud infrastructure and directing agile development. Earlier roles at Sberbank included Cloud Technologies Business Lead and project management for operational transformations. Martynov's career began in finance with positions at VTB24 and KB "ROSPROMBANK." Martynov holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a BSc in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
