Mark Brocklehurst has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Mark currently holds the position of Chief Actuary SIMA & Head of International Reserving at SiriusPoint since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as Head of Reserving and Capital at SiriusPoint from March 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining SiriusPoint, Mark worked as a Contractor at a General insurance company from August 2017 to March 2021. Mark also served as the Head of Syndicate Reserving at MS Amlin from September 2014 to July 2017.

Mark's previous roles include Group Head of Reserving at Torus Insurance from August 2012 to September 2014, Reserving Actuary at XL Catlin in May 2012, and Reserving Actuary at Amlin plc from January 2009 to February 2012.

Mark started their career as a Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from January 2006 to December 2008, and prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at UKI Partnerships (RBS Insurance) from September 2004 to December 2005.

Mark Brocklehurst attended the University of Leeds from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Mathematics. Their degree was a MMath.
