Ishita Tiwari is a skilled legal professional with experience in intellectual property litigation and trademark services. Currently employed as a Legal Analyst at SirionLabs since June 2021, Ishita Tiwari is responsible for handling IP litigation at the District Court in New Delhi, participating in Trademark Hearings, and managing Trademark Search and Application Filing processes. Prior to this role, Ishita Tiwari served as an Associate Attorney at ALL IP CARE from December 2019 to June 2021 and completed an internship as an Assessment Intern at Rab & Rab Associates LLP. Academically, Ishita Tiwari holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from Rabindranath Tagore University and a BBA LLB with a focus on Human Resources from Uttaranchal University.
