Maulik Shah is an experienced Automotive Requirements Engineer currently working at SIRI AB since October 2022, specializing in system requirement analysis, software requirement generation, and software architecture development for Battery Management Systems (BMS). Maulik has developed software safety requirements in compliance with the ISO 26262 standard and coordinated with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with safety standards. Prior roles include positions at Magna International, Wipro, and Aptiv, where responsibilities ranged from requirement generation for automotive components to requirement management and defining Requirement Management Plans. Maulik's career began at Tata Elxsi and Canopus Instruments, focusing on the design and development of electronics and micro-controller based products. Maulik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology.
