Aaron T. Pape has held a variety of roles in the past 20 years. Aaron T. began their career in 2000 as an Accounting Supervisor at Elcom. In 2001, they joined Navionics as a Sourcing Manager-Americas, Product Manager/Special Projects, Sales Manager, New Source Development Analyst, and Customer Service Representative. In 2015, they started working at Great-West Financial as an Administrator Special Services, and at ADP as a Payroll Services Rep II. In 2017, they joined Siren Marine, LLC as General Manager and Business Operations Manager.

Aaron T. Pape began their educational journey in 2008 when they attended Bristol Community College and earned a Computer Science degree in 2009. Aaron T. then attended University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Information Technology. In 2014, they obtained a Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing Certificate of Completion from Kaplan University. Aaron T. then continued their studies at Kaplan University, completing Colorado Real Estate Broker License Courses in 2021.
