Danielle Young began their work experience in 2008 as an Executive Assistant for the Government of Alberta. Danielle then transitioned to the Government of Saskatchewan in 2010, where they served as a Program Coordinator until 2012. In 2015, they joined Mount Royal University as a Research Associate, a position they held until 2016. Danielle then worked at Oppy in 2017 as a Logistics Coordinator. Danielle later moved to Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada in 2018, where they worked as a Client Operations Manager until 2021. Currently, they are serving as a Partnerships Manager at Siren Group starting from June 2021.

Danielle Young earned their Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Lethbridge College, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Later, they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) specializing in International Business and Management at Mount Royal University, from 2013 to 2016.
