Director of Data & Analytics at Siren Group

Adam Staniszewski has a diverse work experience in the field of data and analytics. Adam is currently serving as the Director of Data & Analytics at HomeBuddy, a position they started in March 2023. Prior to this, Adam worked at AhoyConnect as the Chief Data Officer from August 2021 to December 2022. In this role, they were responsible for shaping and implementing data strategy, ensuring product scalability, and enabling machine learning and natural language processing-based product features. In this role, they delivered an excel dashboard for connecting, segmenting, and analyzing past and pending cases, leading to a 50% reduction in concessions.

Adam's early work experience includes their time at The Boston Consulting Group, where they worked as a Student Support from August 2013 to March 2016. In this role, they provided support to project teams in analysis, research, benchmarking, and presentation building. Adam delivered a benchmarking dashboard and conducted qualitative analysis, contributing to successful consulting engagements.
