Muhammad Fathin Fauzan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Muhammad Fathin is currently working as a Senior Key Account Manager at SIRCLO since July 2022. Previously, they worked at Bukalapak from April 2021 to July 2022, holding various roles such as Strategy and Growth Lead - General Category, Senior Associate Category Manager, and Senior Brand Relationship Manager. Before that, they were a Senior Relationship Manager at Tokopedia from August 2019 to March 2021.

Muhammad also has experience at Shopee as a Relationship Manager for Shopee Mall from November 2018 to August 2019. At Shopee, their responsibilities included managing 27 brands in the Women's Shoes category and achieving sales targets. Muhammad Fathin was also involved in campaigns and managing budgets.

Prior to that, Muhammad worked at UNIQLO. Muhammad Fathin was an Independent PIC from March 2018 to November 2018, responsible for auditing production processes at factories. Muhammad Fathin was also selected as the Indonesia representative for the Global Production Meeting held in Shanghai, China. Before that, they worked as a Production Manager Candidate from August 2017 to November 2018, managing operations and ensuring quality and timely delivery of products.

Muhammad's earlier experiences include working as a Marketing and Operation Analyst at Uber from January 2017 to July 2017, analyzing and developing business operations. Muhammad Fathin also had internships at Tokopedia as a Business and Merchant Development Intern and at PT. LAPI ITB as a Geology Researcher. Additionally, they worked as a Trainer of SSDK and SMPE at Lembaga Tahap Persiapan Bersama (LTPB) ITB and as a Junior Geology Assistant at Geodynamics Research Group ITB.

Overall, Muhammad Fathin Fauzan has demonstrated their adaptability and expertise in key account management, strategy and growth, brand relationships, relationship management, production management, marketing analysis, and geology research throughout their career.

Muhammad Fathin Fauzan completed their Bachelor's degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School from 2009 to 2012 and obtained their High School degree with a focus on Science.

In addition to their formal education, Fathin Fauzan also obtained a certification in Techlog Well Bore Image Workshop from Schlumberger Information Solution in February 2015.
