Charlotte Radu is an experienced marketing and operations professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Sircle Collection since February 2019, where operational leadership for the Office of the CEO is provided and strategic priorities are established. Prior to this role, Charlotte held various positions at The Standard Hotels from July 2011 to February 2019, including Director of Marketing, where marketing strategies and brand vision were executed, and Marketing Manager, overseeing key success metrics and departmental budgets. Charlotte began the career as a Marketing Assistant, supporting social media initiatives and managing press relations. A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications, Charlotte possesses a strong background in strategic planning and marketing execution.
