Mustafa Naser is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) services. Currently serving as Cybersecurity GRC Services Director at sirar by stc since September 2021, Mustafa has played a pivotal role in establishing the cybersecurity advisory line of business and providing services across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Previously, as Chief Consultant at STC Solutions, Mustafa also contributed to the development of their cybersecurity advisory services. Notable accomplishments include authoring the first national cybersecurity standard while serving as Information Security Consultant at the National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) in Saudi Arabia. A solid background in information security risk management was cultivated while heading the Information Security Risk Management at the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia, preceded by roles in various organizations, starting from a Network and Systems Administrator at Bank Audi to Information Security Analyst at the Insurance Commission of Jordan. Mustafa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Jami'at Al-Ulum Al-Tatbiqiya.
