Debbee Forster is an experienced People Director currently at SIR RICHARD SUTTON LIMITED since June 2022. With a substantial tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group from 2002 to the present, Debbee has served as Director Brands Training for the Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia regions. Previous roles include Regional HR Director at LGH Hotels Management Ltd from March 2017 to June 2022 and Head of Human Resources for HICP Hotels at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from March 2015 to June 2022. Debbee's expertise encompasses delivering brand service programs, managing multicultural teams, overseeing project management, and collaborating with HR business partners.
