Previously, Teresa served as the Sr. Site SPD Manager at Steris Corp, overseeing operations at Good Samaritan Hospital and ensuring sterilization services across departments. An extensive career includes roles as an Instrument Management Software Specialist and Professional Services Consultant at STERIS Corporation, as well as Director of Materials Management at Bellflower Medical, where Teresa developed purchasing databases and analyzed departmental finances. Earlier positions included managing operations at Hoag Memorial Hospital and serving in various capacities at St. Mary Medical Center, contributing significantly to staff training and surgical instrumentation preparation. Teresa holds a degree from California State University, Long Beach, obtained between 1977 and 1982.
