Rubens Fernandes is an experienced Product Manager with a robust background in technology and innovation. Currently at Siprocal, Rubens manages technology squads for software implementation while coordinating with international teams in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Previous roles include leadership positions at Flowsense, where Rubens oversaw product management and maintained company roadmaps, and as an Innovation Consultant at ACE Startups, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for various clients. With a strong foundation in marketing and communications, Rubens has also worked across diverse sectors, emphasizing the implementation of methodologies like Design Thinking and strategies for customer engagement.
