Dimitri Gerin is an experienced software architect currently working at SiPearl since February 2024. Prior to this role, Dimitri served as an Application/System Engineer at UPMEM from July 2021 to January 2024, focusing on the design of system drivers, SDKs, and several PIM applications. Dimitri's background includes work as a Software Engineer for AI Accelerator at VSORA, and as an RTL Designer for the PHY layer at Thales, where responsibilities included RTL design for FPGA targets and integration of error correction codes. Additionally, Dimitri has experience as an FPGA SoC Designer at Simpulse and interned at Leti, researching advanced LTE MIMO equalizers, as well as at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as a C++ Developer in OpenGL. Dimitri holds an Eng/MSc degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in telecommunications from Grenoble INP - Phelma, earned between 2012 and 2014.
