Nicolas Piau is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic leadership within the energy sector. Currently serving as a non-voting member of the Board at EODev, and a member of the Supervisory Board at both Volta Groupe and Watt & Well, Nicolas also co-founded and leads TiLT Capital Partners SAS. Recognized as a First Mover Fellow at The Aspen Institute, Nicolas focuses on business sustainability and values-based leadership. Previously, roles included Independent Board Member at CSN Energy and various leadership positions at Engie, including Director of Group Mergers & Acquisitions. Nicolas holds a PhD in Economics and Sustainable Development from Université Paris Dauphine and degrees in Political Sciences and Philosophy.
