Konstantin Mikhailov has had an extensive work experience, beginning in 1999 at MEGAFON, where they held the role of "+" and Value Add Service Operation and Maintenance. Konstantin then moved to Hewlett-Packard in 2005, where they held the role of Software and Solutions. In 2009, they began working for Luxms Inc. as the Director of Business Development. In 2010, they joined RCSLabs as Business Development. In 2013, they founded Rossinno Ltd. and in 2014, they co-founded SAYMON Technologies as the CEO. Konstantin has been the Co-Founder and CEO of SIP3.IO since 2017.

Konstantin Mikhailov began their educational journey in 1991 at Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, where they remained until 1999. In 2018, they returned to Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University to pursue a PhD in Monitoring and Management for Cloud Technologies in Information Technologies, which they are still currently enrolled in.
