Abu Sayem Muhammed Albhee is a Senior Physical Design Engineer with extensive experience in the field of integrated circuit (IC) physical design. Currently employed at Sintegra Inc. and Meta since March 2023, Abu Sayem has previously held positions at Intel Corporation, Symmid Corporation, and ULKASEMI LIMITED, where responsibilities included structural design, engineering, and physical design verification. Abu Sayem possesses a strong understanding of physical design processes, including floorplanning, clock tree planning, placement optimization, and timing analysis, as well as expertise in EDA tools such as Synopsys and Cadence. Additionally, skills in scripting with Python, Tcl, and Bash for automation in design flows are notable, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Business & Technology.
