Terje Kristensen is a Senior Business Developer at SINTEF Building and Infrastructure, leading initiatives such as the Grønn Anleggssektor network and the EU-Kina HERMES project on life cycle assessment. Previously, Terje held roles as a Ph.D. Research Scientist at SINTEF focusing on technology and society, a Consulting Project Analyst at The Ecala Group for smart sustainable cities, and a Consulting Senior Advisor in sustainability at Partnership for Change. Terje's early career includes strategic planning analysis at Tysvar LLC and research fellowships at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and the University of Minnesota, where Terje developed methodologies for carbon accounting and ecological applications. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Assessment, Monitoring, and Geospatial Analysis from the University of Minnesota and advanced degrees in Ecology and Environmental Politics.
