Yunhua (Andy) Liu Ph.D has over 16 years of work experience in the fields of molecular and cellular biology, research, and development. Starting from their Ph.D. in plant microRNAs at Huazhong Agricultural University, they worked in various roles at different companies, including senior research associate at University of California, Riverside, staff scientist at Shanghai Agrobiological Gene Center, research scientist at PhytoAB Inc, Tribioscience Inc, and Aragen Bioscience Inc., and scientist at Maze Therapeutics and Amgen. Yunhua(Andy)'swork involved various tasks such as assay development and optimization, experimental design, troubleshooting, data interpretation, report generation, providing technical support to clients, developing sales pitches, and engaging with management and sales representatives. Recently, they joined Sino Biological, Inc. as a senior account manager, where they are responsible for covering the California area and promoting and selling the company's protein products.

Andy Liu earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Biologic Sciences from Huazhong Agricultural University in 2005. Yunhua(Andy) went on to earn their Ph.D. in Botany/Plant Biology from the same university in 2011, with a field of study in Plant Molecular Biology. During this time, they also served as a visiting scholar at Purdue University in 2010 and the University of California, Riverside in 2009, both in the field of Molecular Biology.
