Konstantinos Kontos has a strong background in the field of telecommunications. Konstantinos began their career in 1993 as a Technical Support Engineer at Necom S.A., where they worked until 1995. Konstantinos then joined Pelcom S.A. as a Technical Support Engineer and stayed there until 1998. In 1998, they joined Swedish Telecom SA Ericsson as a Telecom Engineer, but left after a year in 1999. Konstantinos then joined Altec SA as a Telecom Engineer and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they moved to SingularLogic as a Voip Engineer, and stayed with the company until 2018. Most recently, they have been employed as a Senior Voip Engineer at Cosmos Business Systems since November 2018.

Konstantinos Kontos attended the State Technical School "Papastratios" from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Computer Automation and Systems Engineering.

In terms of certifications, Konstantinos holds various certifications related to networking and collaboration technologies. Konstantinos obtained the Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration) certification from Cisco in December 2021, and the Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Core certification in November 2021. Konstantinos also obtained the Avaya Meetings Server Implement Certified and Avaya Meetings Server Support Certified certifications from Avaya in February 2022.

Additionally, Konstantinos obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Collaboration (CCNA Collaboration) certification in December 2019, the ACIS - Avaya Aura® Call Center Elite certification in October 2020, and the ACSS - Avaya Aura® Call Center Elite certification in October 2020. Konstantinos holds several more Avaya certifications, including ACIS and ACSS certifications for Avaya Aura Communications Applications, Avaya Aura Core Components, and Avaya Aura Messaging. These certifications were obtained between 2016 and 2020.

It should be noted that Konstantinos has focused their education and certifications on computer automation, systems engineering, networking, and collaboration technologies.
